My 3 main suggestions for pulling off this look would be:
1. Keep the bold colors to 3 max
2. Pair simple jewelry
3. Use at least 1 dramatic feature
(i.e. a large gold plate belt like in the first picture or a triple breasted shoulder pad adorned blazer in the last picture)
these are so awesome! i like the variation that its not super brights/neons. i looovvveeeddd that outfit kimmy k wore, even though she got some flack for it, i thought it was stunning!
