I try to find daily inspiration in all beautiful things, especially those that I find most intriguing. Today, I had a hard time getting motivated, much less inspired, even though it was absolutely gorgeous out here in MN...
So I called up a dear friend to spend a casual afternoon together & we hopped on these...
... to take in some summer sunshine & scoot to go get one of these...
... & on the way we decided to stop & smell the roses...
(not literally- because they are not quite in bloom yet, but the pre-bloomed garden was breathtaking in itself)
& we revelled in the beauty around us that we so often forget about with our busy schedules...
& we found delight in the fellow sunshine lovers that paddled their way across the lakes- completely soaking in the alluring outdoors...
& along the way we decided we deserved a beverage at skyline views, continuing to admire the charming open air scenery...
Which all led us back to this!! Beautiful downtown Minneapolis, MN on a fabulous summer evening...
So today was truly a present for us Minnesotans... it's why we suffer through our dreadful winters. It's so we can end our nights to this & quickly be reminded why we do...
